Zoe walks in later, covered in snow, bright eyes and smiles to see Edgar and Star a tangled bloody mess in that old man Vincent’s bed. A shadow passes over Zoe’s face but she doesn’t say anything and leaves the room, back outside.

Bill and Gill are building a snowman. She joins them.
